  • -Our housekeeping team does a thorough clean ensuring all surfaces are cleaned utilizing hospital-grade disinfectant, paying special attention to high-touch areas such as phones, door, cabinet and bathroom handles, light switches, coffee maker buttons, and countertops.
  • - Frequently utilized items (TV remote, pen, ice tongs, wine bottle opener and note pads) are sanitized.
  • - All deliveries will be made via the contactless butler pantry in each guestroom.
  • - Hand sanitizing stations abound

AAA Inspector ´s Best Of Housekeeping

Introduced in 2019, AAA’s "Inspector's Best of Housekeeping" award recognizes AAA-inspected hotels that receive the highest possible scores for cleanliness and condition. Hotels awarded the Inspector’s Best Of Housekeeping designation significantly surpass expectations, as measured during comprehensive, on-site inspections.

Mask Policy

Fully Vaccinated individuals will no longer be required to wear a mask in our public areas. If not fully vaccinated, we ask that you please continue to wear a mask. Also, our fully vaccinated employees are no longer required to wear a mask, although some may still choose to do so. They are excited to be able to greet you with a smile once again!

The safety measures and guidelines outlined by local and national health authorities that we are following mean that some amenities and services that are listed online may differ from what we are currently offering. We have listed a few of those changes here, but please contact us for additional information or with any questions you might have. Additionally, we have implemented the following precautionary measures and sanitation standards:

ARKING

Valet parking has returned since May 1st, 2021, at which time self-parking will not be available.

CHECK-IN

We are currently serving complimentary canned beer or wine at check-in. To help mitigate the travel of airborne pathogens, stanchions have been installed at each check-in station. All room keys are sanitized prior to giving it to each guest.

SHUTTLE SERVICE

Shuttle service from and to the airport and within a 4-mile radius of the hotel is available again. Please call us at 541-743-4099 to schedule, as transportation is based on availability.

FITNESS CENTER

The fitness center is available.

ROOM SERVICE

Room service is temporarily unavailable. We are accomodating deliveries from local area restaurants.

OUR CANCELLATION

Policy and FAQ

Our flexible cancellation policy allows reservations to be canceled up to 48 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations within 48 hours prior to arrival will be charged one-night room and tax.

No shows will be charged first night's room and tax. Guests who booked via online travel agents or other third-party travel professionals are advised to contact their booking provider for information on their policies.
