PARKING

Our hotel offers valet parking only at $20 per night with 24 hour unlimited in/out service. At the time of arrival, we do request that all visible items are removed from the vehicle - our team is happy to assist with this.

CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT

Check-in begins at 3 pm and check-out is 12pm. For a late check-out request, please contact the front desk on the day of your departure to check availability.

CANCELLATIONS

Unless otherwise specified, reservations may be canceled up to 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid charges. Cancellations within 48 hours prior to arrival will be charged one-night room and tax unless otherwise indicated via a special promotion or package.

NO SHOWS

Reservations that result in a no-show, one night’s room & tax will be charged to the credit card on file. Guests who booked via online travel agents or other third-party travel professionals are advised to contact their booking provider for information on their policies. If you have any questions regarding your new or upcoming travel plans, please contact us at 541-743-4099.

TAXES

All reservations are subject to a 11.5% lodging tax.

PETS

We love our pet guests and look forward to welcoming them! Please let us know prior to your arrival if you are traveling with a pet and provide their name and size. Pet beds and bowls are available upon request. The pet fee is $75 per pet, per stay.

AGE

You must be 18 or older to check-in.

AUTHORIZATION

A valid credit card and matching ID are required at the time of arrival. This credit card will be authorized at check-in for the full amount of the room, tax, and incidentals ($60/night).

SMOKING

Our hotel is entirely non-smoking, including in the guest rooms, balconies, and public areas. There is a $500 fee for smoking in the room. This includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, marijuana, and any other smoke or vapor delivery device such as incense.

AIRPORT SHUTTLE

Complimentary shuttle service to and from the Eugene (EUG) airport is based on availability and must be pre-arranged with the hotel directly. Please call the hotel at 541-743-4099 to check availability and to schedule.


HOW DO I MAKE A BEST RATE GUARANTEE CLAIM?

If you find a lower rate on Expedia or Booking.com after you have made a reservation with us directly online (https://www.innat5th.com/) or by phone, you must file a claim within 24 hours of your initial reservation. Please be sure to click into the reservation booking engine on the site with the lower rate, often there are additional charges/fees that bring the rate to parity.

To place a claim, please contact the hotel directly and ask for the General Manager or Front Office Manager.

All claims must include:

  • The rate reserved and confirmation number
  • The lower rate found for the same hotel
  • Room Type (example: Deluxe King)
  • Reservation Dates


WHERE DO I SUBMIT A BEST RATE GUARANTEE CLAIM?

If you find a lower rate for the same room, let us know by calling the hotel directly and ask for the General Manger or Front Office Manager.

If the lower Rate qualifies (a $5 for more variance from your booked rate) we'll match the lower rate and give you an additional 10% off. Please be aware that sites often have additional fees/charges or membership requirements.
